Hello,
I’d like to participate in this net but the Brandmeister talkgroup doesn’t appear to be valid (it has one too many digits). Does anyone check into this net and/or have a different TG number for Brandmeister?

Namaste Barry, this is a user ID that you program as a talk group, I do the same as this using my ID when a few of us use hot spots as it stopped the use and opening up of repeater channels when not needed, it is also more “private”
If you have an anytone 878 you can program it manually, go to “menu, talk group, new contact, input id, press hash/pound to move it off private id to talk group id, type in 3176723, input name, the goto save,”
Then go into the talk group you need to save the channel in then go to “menu, settings, channel set, new channel, enter the next number and name and select the zone you want etc”
This should work, should auto fill all the usual fields like tx and rx frequency, user id etc etc.
